What we collect

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and any username you choose.
• Audio recordings. When you use the pitch analysis feature, your microphone audio is sent to our servers for processing. We do not store your recordings. They are analyzed and immediately discarded.
• Practice preferences. Your display preferences and practice settings are saved to your account so they persist across sessions.
• Usage data. We may collect basic, anonymous usage data such as pages visited and features used to improve the product. This data is not linked to your identity.

How we use your data

• To provide and operate the JPitch service.
• To save your preferences and practice history to your account.
• To respond to support requests.
• To improve the accuracy and performance of our pitch analysis.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Audio processing

JPitch analyzes pitch using acoustic signal processing. No AI model is trained on your voice. Your audio is transmitted securely, analyzed, and deleted immediately after processing is complete. Analysis results are returned to your browser and nothing from your recording is retained on our end.

Third-party services

We use trusted third-party providers for authentication, account data storage, and application hosting. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the Service and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not authorize them to use your data for any other purpose.

Cookies

JPitch uses cookies solely for authentication. We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@finallystudy.com. Upon deletion, your email, username, and preferences are permanently removed from our systems.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@finallystudy.com.

Children

JPitch is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of JPitch after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
